Lets grow: Free printable seed packets

Lets grow: Free printable seed packets

Are you green-fingered or brown thumbed?

I call myself dead fingered because any plant I touch, dies on me!  I bought some succulents a little while ago, convinced that even I couldn’t kill them.  Guess what?  A mere month later, they are gone, kaput, finished.  Anybody got any tips for me? Seriously, I need them.

While I try and figure out what I can kill next, I thought I would give others the gift of plants or rather seeds.  It’s such a lovely little thing to gift when you pop in to a friend’s house or just as a small thank you. It’s also fun for kids to give their friends.

I’ve made some free printable seed packets to gift your seeds in.  These packets filled with seeds, would make sweet party favours or even wedding favours.  I’ve got four different versions of the envelopes – strawberry and sunflower seeds which are great for planting now, wildflower seeds that can be planted most of the year (depending on the variety) and the last one says ‘grow me’ so you can put in any kind of seed you like.

FREE PRINTABLE SEED PACKETS

Print out the envelopes on good quality tracing paper (I used 112gsm).
Make all the folds first and then glue.
I suggest folding in half and then gluing the left flap first so that the left flap is inside the envelope, rather than glued over the back.
Then glue the bottom flap on to the back and the top flap can be glued or stuck down with a bit of pretty washi tape.
