Learn a New Creative Skill - Embroidery | @fallfordiy

Being a big embroidery lover our last We Make Collective kit was a real treat! I cannot get enough of seeing what our collective have been making with them, (please keep on sharing and tag us in your embroidery pics @wemakecollective) but luckily I didn’t have to wait until you all have your kits to get inspired. Our contributors have (as always) done an amazing job, creating stunning tutorials for the embroidery ecourse!

We have our usual team on board as well as some pretty exciting additional collaborators this month. I’m so delighted to share these with you today. If you love these tutorials as much as I do, click on over to their blogs and go follow them on Instagram (links below). They are both ERRRRMAZING creatives and I personally follow everything they do!

First up can I just say I already know what I’m giving all my parent friends for Christmas. Heather from Growing Spaces created this stunning embroidered piece of her daughter and I can’t get enough of it! This is such a beautiful make to create lasting memories of your own children or any that you know. Thank you Heather!

Follow Heather on Instagram here!

And just before I go to get started on those gifts (you can never start too early!!) here is another project I need to make – but this one is totally for me!

Alyson from Bash has bowled us all over with her embroidered cactus shirt. I’m crying with how cute these little plant babies are growing out of the pocket! Alyson has a growing blog with many, many tutorials as awesome as this one. She’s definitely one to watch so make sure you follow her! All I need to know now is where I can get this pink shirt! Or maybe I can dye one naturally with our Shibori & Natural Dyeing online course!

Head over and follow Alyson over on Instagram for a world of colour!

A huge thank you to Heather and Alyson! Please do head over and give them some love. You won’t regret it!

If you would like to contribute to We Make Collective send us over on email to hello@wemakecollective.com with the word ‘contributors’ in the subject area and we’ll get back to you with the details. Happy Wednesday!
