I think the layout of this beautiful turn of the century Swedish home is so well planned. The door between the living room and kitchen has been removed, which makes the layout much more open. The kitchen and bedroom used to be one room, but has now been separated into two different areas with a glass partition in the middle which lets in natural daylight coming from those big bedroom windows. A curtain has been mounted in front of the glass wall for privacy and I love the industrial look the steel framed glass gives to the space.

The kitchen itself combines a beautiful oak wood with a greenish grey marble, which has a very soft and warm look that contrasts so nicely with the hard lines of the glass panel: a wonderful combination. The kitchen is custom made and the same custom made cabinet comes back in the bedroom which is such a nice touch.
