buffalo cauliflower on white plate with celery and blue cheese beside it

I’m back with another buffalo sauce recipe… seems like I’m really missing WNY food these days! I made buffalo cauliflower last year for my brother when he came over for dinner at some point last year and it quickly became one of our favorite recipes! This was back before I had the air fryer – so you can definitely make these in the oven but it just takes quite a bit longer to cook the cauliflower through and get a crispy outside. I know I’ll probably be saying this over and over for years to come but everyone needs an air fryer hahah. I literally cook everything in it!

This makes a really quick and easy meal that is a bit healthier than most of the things I make haha. There is a bit of flour and butter but you could always leave out or substitute these for dietary restrictions. I’ve made them a few times without flour – it just doesn’t get as crispy.
