I’m back with another
This makes a really quick and easy meal that is a bit healthier than most of the things I make haha. There is a bit of flour and butter but you could always leave out or substitute these for dietary restrictions. I’ve made them a few times without flour – it just doesn’t get as crispy.
Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower head
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper (I love pepper – adjust as needed)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 1/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot
Instructions
-
Cut cauliflower apart into bite sized pieces.
-
Mix together dry ingredients in large bowl. (flour, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper)
-
Add water to dry ingredients and mix into a paste.
-
Add cauliflower to mixture and toss to coat evenly.
-
Preheat air fryer to 375° for 2 minutes.
-
Working in batches (probably 2-3 batches depending on the size of your cauliflower) add cauliflower to air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
-
Mix melted butter and red hot in separate bowl.
-
After 10 minutes, mix part of the mixture of red hot with your first batch of cauliflower.
-
Put cauliflower back in air fryer for 5 more minutes.
