Its smells like fall, so start preparing your home for this amazing season (which is by the way, my ultimate favorite). Bring the beautiful fall colors into your home, add a lot of neutrals and make your space cozier than ever. Here are my seven dreamy suggestions for you:
1. Add a knitted blanket
On top of your sofa or bed, the knitted blanket is that cozy but also very cool item that will prepare your home for fall. Pick one in a neutral tone or add a pink one on top of some neutral furniture for a chic and feminine touch.
2. Make your home more elegant with some velvet pillows
Velvet is a very popular fabric for fall. Refined, classy and sophisticated, this beautiful fabric will bring that romantic and elegant fall vibe into your home, so use it for your armchairs, sofas or just for your pillows.
3. Pick puffy covers
From your desk chair, to the dining area, the bed or sofa, add furry covers everywhere! They keep you warm, but they also make any space looking really stylish.
4. Decorate your fireplace
The start of fall makes you wish to make gatherings around the fireplace with your friends and family. So start preparing this lovely corner of your home with pumpkins, vases with flowers, plants, framed photos and other neutral or orange deco items.
5. Surround your home with fall leaves and fall flowers
It’s easier to sense it’s already fall is you have your whole home decorated with leaves and fall flowers. Add them in gorgeous vases and add fall laves everywhere in your home – from your stairs to your tables or shelves.

Because it’s the perfect time to get cozy and read a good book while having a hot coco or coffee, it’s time to make your own fall nook in your home Add it next to a window for a perfect rainy day or in a corner of your living room.
