Stained glass windows, painted ceilings, frescoes and crystal chandeliers coexist in perfect harmony with current design and minimalist furniture in this apartment in the center of Santander, located in the same building where José María de Pereda wrote his novel Sotileza in 1885.
Mara Pardo Estudio who took over the project, managed to create a comfortable and modern space without losing touch with the past, preserving the sophistication of the 19th century.
