Description
Floorplan as functional as possible, keeping the bedrooms space to the minimum needed, keeping the key focus of our design on generous living space, as it is there where we spend most of our time anyways. The finned ceiling is something we felt in love with and hence it is the first thing you see when you enter – giving our flat that rough technical touch, anyway we try to calm it down.
Combination of original concrete, recognising the heritage of the whole building, complemented by the neutral wooden flooring, warmth of the walls with exposed bricks and soft fabric curtains all along with the original concrete pillars was what we considered essential for our design.
