Take Shorter Warm Showers
Extended time under hot water strips the skin of its natural oils, depleting moisture and leaving your once supple skin dry and irritated. Turn down the heat, exfoliate with a non-foaming cleanser, keep the shower short and once you’ve stepped out immediately apply moisturizer to your damp skin.
