Leanne – ‘A unique name for a unique little girl who chose to enter the world bum and one foot first, followed by her knees and finally her head. Mama was determined to have her natural birth, so we worked together with the help of our amazing doctor and super dad who coached us through the full 27 hours labor, without drugs.
I now finally understand the magic of becoming a mum, something I have wanted for the longest of times and now have to pinch myself whenever I look at our gorgeous baby girl, can’t believe that we get to keep her and love her every day!! I have a new found respect for all mums out there, however we choose for them to enter into this world, it is the most beautifully intense thing I’ve ever experienced, but they don’t call it labor for nothing.
She can’t wait for copious amounts of cuddles and is getting plenty of practice from Mama and Baba already!!’
Huge congratulations Leanne & Rob, it’s been a truly wonderful experience to document your journey from to your and now her first couple of days in the big world.
