Loft house in a former spinning mill
Located in the southern Ardèche near Aubenas, this loft house has been installed in a former spinning mill, and has been renovated with the passion and artistic spirit of its owner. A 1300 m2 plot of land where hackberry trees abound surrounds this astonishing building presented by Espaces Atypiques. The living room on the ground with a concrete appearance is no less than 140 m2, and this space includes the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and a music area. The period metal frames, the Eiffel framework exposed throughout the building, and its cast iron pillars, as well as the original exposed stone walls, give the place a contemporary and magical atmosphere.
