True loft without partitions but with a terrace in a former textile factory
What we call loft has sometimes lost the essence of its origins. The owners ended up partitioning the spaces to give a little privacy to each family member. At Mariana’s, none of this, the spaces are totally open, right up to the parents’ bedroom, which overlooks the living room and welcomes her daughter’s bed. Swimwear designer, she created her own company and works from home, which is also her office in this building, a former textile factory transformed into a residence by Dujovne-Hirsch architectural studio in Argentina, each unit of which has its own terrace.
