Situé dans un bâtiment des années 50 dessiné par le couple d’architectes Backström & Reinius,
Small apartment full of ingenious ideas
Located in a 1950s building designed by the architect couple Backström & Reinius, this small apartment is originally a large studio, transformed into a one bedroom apartment. While it is a fact that there is no window in the bedroom, the other areas are decorated with ingenious, inexpensive solutions. In the kitchen, for example, simple metal shelves (Omar from Ikea), serve as storage, as a display for plants, and hide without stopping the light, a perhaps average-looking view. On the balcony, a simple draft shield provides both a natural element, and also hides the opposite side while remaining a movable and lightweight element. Finally, in the entrance, a bench was created using a simple white wooden box. In other words, an inspiring and successful apartment for those with a limited budget, like most of us.
