Tiny apartment with a brilliant design
Juan an Argentinean lawyer, while riding his bike, saw an ad for an apartment for sale. He did not know whether it was a large or a small space, and discovered that it was only 17m². He turned to the IR Arquitectura team to make the most of it, and the professionals decided to annex the balcony to enlarge the space.
