This loft, typical of industrial building conversions, is located in Pattern House, a former factory in a beautiful London district. Pattern House was designed in the 1930s by architect Stanley Waghorn. The loft covers almost 200 m² and has large open spaces, which have retained the original elements such as windows, bricks, steel beams and radiators.
