Becky Shea, an interior design firm, has taken charge of the renovation of an authentic loft located in a former industrial building in the Soho district of New York City. Materials such as wood, leather and black steel highlight the volumes and original elements of this space with its sober, sometimes natural, sometimes dark colours.
