Comme obligatoirement quand on habite dans un appartement avec une seule pièce principale, on doit y installer son lit. Dans cet appartement suédois, le parti-pris a été de le mettre en valeur, en encadrant l’alcôve avec une guirlande lumineuse. Avec une telle configuration, il est bien entendu nécessaire de faire son lit tous les matins, sinon, on met en valeur le bazar ! Et au delà du côté purement esthétique, savez-vous que faire son lit le matin est la meilleure façon de commencer sa journée ? Les recherches l’ont prouvé, accomplir cette tâche qui peut sembler parfois inutile, aide mentalement à se mettre en action positivement ! Depuis que je sais ça, je fais mon lit tous les matins (enfin presque…)
