What a lovely little place!

This apartment in Gothenburg, Sweden, was beautifully styled by talented Emma Fischer. She successfully made the place feel much larger than its 41-square-meters surface area. The light, tone on tone palette adds to the spacious look, as well as to the soothing atmosphere. Using subtle patterns and textures prevents such look from falling flat.

Well defined zones for the bedroom and living room help to make the most out of a small space. Also, furniture that offer great functionality are perfect for minimal square footage. For instance, the birch stool by Artek – I counted four in here – can be used as occasional tables or additional seating places.

Lots of green plants, part of Emma’s signature style, add a fresh touch.

Pretty nice, right?
