Living Room
Per Variety’s exclusive, Maguire (and soon-to-be ex-wife Jennifer Meyer) purchased the micro-compound—comprised of a bungalow built in the 1920s and a separate studio structure—in May 2015.
Media Room
Maguire hired architect Ruben Ojeda to restore the 2,401 square-foot house and inject some contemporary upgrades, such as double-height ceilings, exposed wood beams, and gauge wood flooring.
Kitchen
The retro-inspired kitchen was updated with flat-front cabinetry, green Marmoleum floor tiles, and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances.
Bedroom
The dramatic master suite features barrel-vaulted exposed wood ceilings, French doors, and an en suite bathroom covered in mint-green ceramic tiles, reminiscent of the home’s original architectural style.

Terrace
Two of the home’s three bedrooms (including the master suite) open directly onto a wraparound terrace with views of the courtyard-style backyard.
Office
A guest room-meets-office space boasts built-in furniture and hidden storage—including a pull-out desk station and mini-fridge—and there’s even a proper media room on the same floor.
Studio
Meanwhile, the light-filled two-story structure next door offers an additional 1,200 square feet of living space, which Maguire used as a gym, art, and music studio. Considering the hip location and architecturally-savvy design elements, the $2.995M pricetag seems like a steal.
