As anyone who has hunted for chic skiwear can attest to, it can be seriously slim pickings when it comes to finding designs that tick both the performance and style boxes. For example, you might find a coat that keeps you warm but doesn’t look the part or get your hands on a trend-led piece, but if the insubstantial fabric is anything to go by, it’s sure to struggle on the slopes.

All we can say is, thank god for Net-a-Porter’s skiwear edit, which consists of countless undeniably cool piste-ready buys. From leg-flattering ski trousers (yes they do exist) and layering knits you’ll actually want to wear off the slopes, to winning accessories and stand-out jackets, we lost count of the number of items we want to add to your basket.

At the top of our list has to be Perfect Moment’s flared ski pants and star-print jumper and Moncler’s ’70s-inspired down jacket. So much goodness, so little time. So if you’re heading off on a snowy escape this January and are in need of skiwear that you won’t be embarrassed to be seen in, scroll down to shop our 18-piece edit.

Style Notes: We love the fringed detailing on Moncler’s super chic ski jacket.

Style Notes: If in doubt, opt for a retro printed ski jacket and simple trousers, as seen on this stylish individual.

Style Notes: A white all-in-one ski suit will make you stand out from the crowd, especially when it comes with fringing.
