Navy blue walls with a teal accent wall will look wonderful in a large, airy space. Or, consider adding teal accent pieces in a darker blue, navy bedroom. Rugs, throw pillows, and a few teal blankets, will work wonderfully in your nautical themed bedroom when everything is all together.
