Still Life – The Art of Living showed a calm and artful way of life in the actual home of a Milanese couple and featured some of their personal artifacts and books together with furniture and objects from Ariake, Origin Made and Dux, with rugs from Sera Helsinki and lighting from Secto Design. The exhibition also featured a wooden smart home panel by
Gabriel Tan: “Regular people select and mix their furniture and objects based on their personal taste, hence real homes are often eclectic and not fitted out with just one brand. We wanted to use this more realistic approach, to have brands from different countries coming together in an eclectic but harmonious manner, not over-focusing on new products but thinking more about the dialogue between objects, furniture and art.”
