Refined Minimalist Wedding In An Industrial Venue

When the bride is a fashion designer, you know the wedding day is going to be full of style! Laura and Sam had the vision of mixing an industrial venue with classic and romantic vibes. L put her design skills to good use and brought in a stunning babies breath ceremony design, sleek rentals and pops of fun color.
She wanted the floral decorations to be edgy in shapes with hints of bold pop colors mixed in with super-soft pastels. Roses, anthuriums, bunny tails, baby’s breath, and dried/colored leaves have always been my favorites. Since the couple didn’t hire an event coordinator, creating mood boards, selecting rentals, designing paper goods, and planning the floor plan and agenda all became their responsibilities. The venue was beautifully decorated with the vines growing along the wall and beams gives it an age-worn, old world feel. L + S balanced that with a super modern baby’s breath installation and crisp white chairs. L + S designed the reception space to be very simple and sleek with pops of bold color.
