The is hands down the most travel-friendly pattern in my collection. I’m not lying when I say I have at least one of these babies going at any given time for those moments when I need a portable, easy, satisfying project to work on during a commute. Using only one skein of worsted weight yarn, this guy also makes the perfect stashbusting project and it also makes the most wonderful unisex gift!
Thermal Twist Headwrap
The is basically a step up from the Mariner’s Cap. Worked in the round, the broken rib is a cinch to stitch and creates the most satisfyingly squishy fabric. Coffee Shop Wrap
Looking for something a tad bit larger or more challenging? The Coffee Shop Wrap is the go-to. Repetitive garter stitch and simple eyelet rows are broken up with color changes in this cult classic. The best part about this wrap is that it’s lightweight enough for warmer temps, but large enough to snuggle under, making it the perfect travel companion once it’s finished as well. The is an old favorite from 2015 that I recently re-worked in . This top down wrap is repetitive and meditative and lightweight enough to tote along on any trip.

The is one of my most popular designs to date, and it’s totally addicting once you’ve finished one. While the construction may take a little concentration, the main part of the bag is super repetitive and easy to master. The , another popular pattern from years ago, makes for a wonderfully enjoyable travel project. Essentially just a large granny square, it can be worked up in any weight of yarn and any hook size! The repetitive nature of this pattern is so easy to master and memorize.
Tea House Wrap
Last but not least – the . Designed as a crochet sister pattern to my crazy popular knit Coffee Shop Wrap, this blanket of a scarf is the ultimate addicting pattern. Work on it en route to a destination, and wear it home! The uneven striping and eyelet rows keep this otherwise super repetitive pattern so interesting you won’t want to put it down.
