With the holiday season upon us, it can be hard to accomplish selfish sewing. Creating handmade gifts and spending time with loved ones always seems to take priority as the days get shorter and shorter. This time of year, when I get the opportunity to sew for myself, I like to focus on creating fun and festive clothing that brightens my winter wardrobe.

In the November issue of Seamwork, we introduced the Sadie sweater and the Melody trousers, two wardrobe-building patterns that are easy to personalize to your taste. Enjoy some Sadie and Melody inspiration below!
