In the spirit of 1970s design, fashion, colours and textiles, we’ve curated nine earthen examples of interior paint to evoke calm and warmth in the bedroom.
Once an often overlooked shade in the world of colour, brown has made a resurgence in the design sphere as we move from the harshness of black and grey and look to more deep, grounding colours. Brown is a colour composed of several others, making it incredibly adaptive and versatile. When paired with tones like lilac and green, brown becomes the focal point of the room. When paired with similar tones, including terracotta, beige and camel, a sense of harmony and cosiness is created. We’ve brought together a collection of nine brown, beige and rust interior paint colours for the bedroom, from textural grey-browns to limewash dusty-brown hues.
