Between their love of dark color palettes, muted purples, Japanese culture, and fashion, a moody boho wedding was always in the cards for Larry and Sara. They got married at Hubbard Inn in Chicago, a restaurant specializing in shared plates and unique cocktails, and called on Naturally Yours Events to plan the day!
The couple wanted the party to be one that focused on family and friends, making the day a reason to congregate. The ceremony was short and to the point with handwritten vows and they also tied in some Jewish elements by including a glass breaking ceremony and dancing the horah. Becca Blue Flowers designed the massive floral installation at the alter to resemble a traditional chuppah. S + L chose to have a cocktail-style reception so guests could mix and mingle (and dance!) with each other all night.
