Happy weekend, friends! I just wanted to let you all know about a new meal planning printable that we are offering exclusively to all our newsletter subscribers! It’s cute, it’s useful, and we can’t wait to see how you utilize it.
In case you didn’t know, we have a newsletter—you can sign up here. Maybe you’re skeptical, because you don’t want a ton of emails all the time. Trust me, we feel the same way. We send out newsletters to our subscribers anywhere from 4-6 times a month. You may see an extra one if you are wanting to hear about something specific, like if you’ve joined the waitlist for the Oui Fresh Oui Fresh Beauty Box or Happy Mail. Our goal is NOT to annoy you; we mainly want to let you know about any sales we are running on Oui Fresh products or our e-courses. And, once a month, we send out a newsletter that lets you know about new things, what happened on the blog, and stuff we are really excited about. That’s it! We try to keep it fun, and just like our blog and our social media channels we also try to keep it cute and full of puns. Ha ha.
If you haven’t signed up for our newsletter, you can here or in our sidebar anytime. If you do, you’ll automatically get sent a little welcome note and this meal planning printable. If you are already subscribed, then you already received an email with the printable earlier this week (so check your box if you missed it). And just a friendly reminder that, as with all newsletters, you can unsubscribe anytime you like, so there’s really no pressure.
This meal planner printable is somewhat meant as a companion to our cookbook, Weekday Weekend. If you didn’t know, we have a cookbook or if you want to learn more about it, check here. If you follow my personal IG account, you may have seen that I admitted to eating an entire bag (we’re talking a BIG bag) of pastel M&Ms this week, so I am planning to do another round of the Weekday Weekend challenge (found in the book) when I’m home during the next month because I think a need a reset button.
The printable has space for you to plan your meals during the week, as well as create a shopping list you can detach and take to the store with you (or to your computer if you’re a grocery shop online person). But see below for my favorite little feature …
We added some water glass icons that you can highlight or color in as you hydrate during the week. The number of icons is just a loose idea, so if you want to read more about how much water you should be drinking and learn from a real dietitian, click here. And we added one little wine glass icon to the Friday column just to be a bit cheeky.
And if printing your own meal planner just sounds like too much work for you, then might I point out that we have one for sale as well with 52 sheets for every week of the year. xo. Emma
