When Basic Invite got in touch to partner with me I was really excited to share their invitations with you. Imagine being able to design your own invitations without having any design skills. That is exactly what you can do on Basic Invite.
They have big range of beautiful invitations for every occasion where you can change the colors of each and every element on the cards and preview it before you decide. (Warning – you might end up spending hours playing with the color options as there are so many to choose from!). You can also change the fonts and change the placement of the text. So if you’re not a graphic designer, all you have to do is browse through the designs, pick one and change the look till you’re happy which is exactly what I did with with the pictured above.
While Basic Invite have a lot of designs on offer, you can also upload your own which is perfect if you have something very specific in mind – I also had a go at designing some invitations and it was really easy to upload to Basic Invite. As mentioned, I had a go at customising some of their birthday invitations to see if it was easy to do – the original design is the first one on the left and then the next two are my changed versions. As you can see I’ve changed colors, some fonts, the alignment and of course the text. I have to say it couldn’t be easier to do. I did a quick play around just to show you an example but the possibilities are so many – you can change it far more than I have.
I’ve been talking about the birthday invitations as everybody has birthdays but there are loads of others too – wedding invitations, save the date cards, thank you cards, birth announcements, graduation cards, business cards and much more.
