i’ve been hooked on watching stanley tucci’s new streaming travel tv series discovering italy (on hulu) and in the latest episode he traveled to sicily, the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea, and each and every time i take a gander at images of that magical place it gets me in the mood for club med. not those packaged vacations mind you, just the beautiful, laid-back Mediterranean vibe you find in italy’s southern region — right down in the heel of its boot, known for its whitewashed hill towns and miles upon miles of Mediterranean coastline, and naturally all that amazing Italian cuisine and vino. i got to imagining what it might look like if i had a holiday home there and i pulled together these images as a mood board. let’s all go together, shall we? ciao!
