INSPIRING FROM MENU AW18

INSPIRING FROM MENU AW18

Menu has shot a beautiful series for their AW18 news, products are great but the atmosphere they’ve created for this specific series was what caught my attention in the first place. Looks to be shot in the home of Norwegian architect Danielle Siggerud who also has been designing a table for Menu and been involved in the design of the Menu Space (office, showroom and café, see more here). Many of the already well known products from Menu is launched in new varieties. New materials, colors, frames, legs etc, for example the Snaregade table above is now available with a light grey leg frame and linoleum table top. Harbour chair comes in a variety of colors and materials and is a good choice for a dining chair, comfortable, timeless and elegant by Norm Architects.

Echassé series is extended with a small bowl. Also notice how good the marble backsplash looks combined with the chalk paint in Danielles kitchen. Both elegant and relaxed at the same time.
