David Flat is an apartment located in the Evropeysky Bereg residential complex in Novosibirsk and has been designed in 2020 by architects .
The apartment has a rectangular shape and measures 79 square meters. This apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. In addition, its daytime area has a very interesting open concept.
Daytime area
The hall is located in the center of the apartment. The hall is spacious, with light-colored walls and has plenty of storage to store coats, bags and even has a dresser where you can place your shoes and keep your keys in a bowl on top.
The hall leads to the corridor. On the right, the first door that we find is a small bathroom with a toilet, a washing machine, a dryer, and a small closet that allows us to store our cleaning tools.
And past this door, at the end of the hall, is the living room. It has a large table that seats up to eight people and has a television hanging on the wall, as well as large windows that allow plenty of natural light to enter.
Instead of a wall that separates the dining room from the living room, there is a column where the television is located in the living area and a small electric fireplace, in addition, the living room has a large chaise longue sofa and a tea table. The column allows to give some privacy to the rooms but, at the same time, offer an open concept.
The living room and kitchen are only separated by a small peninsula where two chairs can be placed, it has a sink and stove, and a lot of storage.
Silent area
The quiet area is on the right side of the house. From the corridor, you can access the main , as well as the two bedrooms.
Although both bedrooms are equally large, the first has a single bed and a desk, as well as a dresser with a television and a wardrobe with sliding doors.
On the other hand, the main has a double bed, a side table on the right side and, on the left side, it has a simple wooden dressing table with a mirror and a chair, which can be used as a bedside table as well. From the master bedroom, you can access the , which has plenty of storage space and a full-length mirror.
The main sink can be accessed from the hallway and features a toilet, a very large sink with plenty of space on both sides to store hygiene items. On the opposite side, is the shower: it is spacious and made with warm materials.
