The apartment has a rectangular shape and measures 79 square meters. This apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. In addition, its daytime area has a very interesting open concept.
The hall is located in the center of the apartment. The hall is spacious, with light-colored walls and has plenty of storage to store coats, bags and even has a dresser where you can place your shoes and keep your keys in a bowl on top.
The hall leads to the corridor. On the right, the first door that we find is a small bathroom with a toilet, a washing machine, a dryer, and a small closet that allows us to store our cleaning tools.

The column allows to give some privacy to the rooms but, at the same time, offer an open concept.
