Established in 2013, is a Sydney based architectural and interior design company specialising in both commercial and residential projects of the highest quality. I recently stumbled across one of these projects, Iluka House, a stunning transformation of an existing waterfront holiday villa in Palm Beach, Sydney. Struck by the elegance and beauty of the home, which has a restrained European feel, I reached out to the firm’s director Jeremy Bull to find out more.
With a brief to improve the home spatially, enhancing the incredible views and access to the water, prioritised the architectural framing, creating an open space that spills out onto the outdoor garden, allowing for a beautiful transition between indoors and out. The owners regularly entertain and host guests, so the open plan living space and garden were to become the central focus in creating a home away from home.

Before heading into the weekend, I just wanted to give you a heads up that I am off on my trip tomorrow.
