If you got it, haunt it! This super simple ghost tassel garland DIY is sure to surprise and delight your guests. See how to make it below!
Step 1: Cut a piece of crepe paper 10” inches long and 5” inches tall.
Step 2: Fold the paper together long ways and then fold again. Put a small amount of hot glue to each layer to secure together.
Step 3: Using scissors, fringe the bottom edge, leaving 1-½” uncut at the top.
Step 4: Fold down the top ¼” to conceal the raw edge and glue in place. Then, roll the fringe into a tassel. Secure with glue.
Step 5: Add googly eyes and fluff the fringe.
Step 6: Glue the back of each ghost to the twine about 6” inches apart. Hang up your ghost garland, and party!
