Once you’ve got your Mandoline, you’re ready to make this super easy (and fast) coleslaw recipe. Start by using your slicer to cut your cabbage into a fine, coleslaw consistency. Next, add all of the dressing ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and mix together with a whisk.

To finish the coleslaw, add the cabbage to the dressing mixture and toss. Serve this yummy cabbage salad right away or pop it in the fridge until you’re ready to eat. Either way it’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser. We suggest serving it alongside fried chicken or baked fish.

Fast & Easy Red Cabbage Coleslaw

Whip up this easy red cabbage coleslaw for your next BBQ or family gathering. It pairs well with fried chicken, fish, and even burgers. Enjoy!

  • 1 head red cabbage

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp seasonettes

  1. Use a slicer to cut up your head of cabbage to a fine, coleslaw consistency.

  2. Mix the dressing ingredients together.

  3. Toss the dressing with the cabbage. 

  4. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
