Cottage Rose Patchwork Scarf - pattern release

I can’t tell you how much I love my new creation!
Let me introduce the Cottage Rose Patchwork Scarf!
To make this scarf I played with different crochet patches, mixed, matched and joined them to create this unique piece. The cottage roses run through it to beautify the squares and make the scarf more eye-catching.

What I used:
For this project I used sport acrylic yarn in 5 colors with a 3 mm (UK11) (US 10/3) hook. Less than 30 grams used for the squares; leftover yarn is perfect for the flowers.

Other: Tapestry needle for sewing squares together and weaving ends, sewing needle and thread for sewing the roses and leaves on (optional – I used the same yarn to sew them on).

Stitches: chain (ch), chain space (ch-sp), slip stich (sl st.), single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc), double crochet (dc). American terminology used.

Measurements of finished scarf: per maker’s wish: the one in this tutorial is 2.10 m long /6.88 ft.
Measurements of roses: 8×8 cm /3.14”

The scarf in this tutorial is quite long and it consists of 11 squares because I love long scarves. When long, I can play in styling them differently and make them interesting and eye-catching every time I wear one. You can make it as long or short by playing with the number of squares you want for it.
