Each measuring just under 40 square metres, these two modern home designs offer practical inspiration for organising clean and crisp layouts in compact living spaces. We take our first piece of small space inspiration from a white, grey and light wood tone apartment interior, where ghost chairs disappear from the small living room layout, and a bespoke bed design makes use of every last millimeter of floor space. Our next stop is a home with a surprising amount of storage solutions and uplifting green accent interior, where strong colour is used only to enhance and never overwhelm. Find the floor plans included at the end of each tour.
