Lately the boys have been all about these wafer cookies! They spotted them at the grocery store a few months back and always want to get a new flavor to try when they’re shopping with me (way more flavors now then when I was a kid!). We thought it’d be fun to fancy them up a little and turn them into an easy Valentine’s Day treat!

Chocolate Dipped Wafers
strawberry & vanilla wafer cookies (we like the bigger ones found in the bulk section at our grocery store)
white candy melts (or white chocolate chips)
pink candy melts
sprinkles
In two separate bowls, microwave the candy melts, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and can be stirred smooth. Dip wafer cookies in melted chocolate, lay on wax paper. Add sprinkles. Let chocolate harden and enjoy!
