Boaçava House is entitled, it resides in Sao Paolo, Brazil and it has has been envisioned by

The urban industrial decor of the home is cushioned only through natural means, greenery embellishes the home`s small yard while indoors extraordinary textures of wood are balancing with coziness and warmth the spaces. Interior walls remain rigid too, pure, honest with they materiality.
“wood floor connects this level since the entrance until the pool, bending itself inside the living room.”
The site offers extraordinary views and the home is positioned to take advantage of them from the intimate courtyard realized in the back. Contrast is present through out the home’s multiple levels, situated on the first floor the bedrooms contrast greatly with the ground level :
” It indicates some intimacy, views from these rooms are mediated by reentrant balconies. These extractions ensure diagonal views, multiple light and ventilation accesses emphasizing the sun’s path.”
The establishment is bold and rampant and it can bring to one`s mind the fast-paced aggressive state of the urban environment. In this context alone the home is subdued to its surroundings, a setting in which greenery thrives, a setting in which development pulls the rug from nature`s feet.
