If you haven’t made Chia Pudding before, you are going to want to give it a try!
Blackberry, Kiwi and Chia pudding with Granola Bottom Recipe
- 1/2 cup fresh washed blackberries
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 1 cup of Milk (almond, silk, 2%, etc.)
- Vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 Tablespoon butter
Mix the Chia seeds with Milk, and place in refrigerator overnight for pudding to set.
Prepare Kiwi, and slice into thick slices. Place in the side of jar, I used 5oz jars.
Mix granola ingredients together, and place in a small baking dish, and bake at 350 for 10 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Place cooled granola in small glass containers, place a slice of Kiwi on each side of jar, add pudding, blackberries and yogurt in layers on top of granola, and place in refrigerator. Enjoy for breakfast, or a delicious tasty treat. Recipe makes 4 small jars.
