Join us for an Argentinian Asado Grill in Brampton, Canada as Audrey’s Dad makes a huge Argentine Barbecue at home to feed the whole family. One of the biggest thrills of visiting family in the summer is enjoying bbq in Canada with family. There is no better grill master than Audrey’s father Daniel who can cook up an entire feast for the family that lasts not only for the barbecue itself but well into following week for lunches and dinners.
In this video we prepare a huge selection of meat including steak, lamb, spicy chorizo sausages and ribs. In terms of seafood we ended up grilling salmon, scallops and shrimp. Other items on the grill were things such as roasted potatoes and plantain. It was a feast for the ages and to wash it all down we had Malbec Argentine wine from Mendoza.
No summer video at home could be complete with Togo the German Shepherd making an appearance. Aside from eating you’ll notice togo jumping to catch water from the hose as well as chasing after a green ball.
Do you have a favorite food to grill for barbecue that you’d like to mention? Is there anything we missed out on to make this a more authentic Argentine Asado? Let us know in the comments below.
