A Montpellier, l’architecte a réussi à agrandir un appartement de 40m² et à lui adjoindre les 17m² de combles situés juste au dessus, pour le plus grand plaisir de sa propriétaire. Ce lieu un peu sombre nécessitait de lourds travaux pour le rendre confortable et lumineux, et il a fallu pas moins de 7 mois pour réaliser l’ensemble de la rénovation et la création du nouveau niveau qui accueille la chambre.

In Montpellier, the architect Thomas Landemaine managed to enlarge an apartment of 40m ² and to add the 17m ² of attic located just above, to the delight of its owner. This rather dark place required heavy work to make it comfortable and bright, and it took no less than 7 months to complete the entire renovation and the creation of the new level that accomodates the bedroom.
