A Vibrant, Turn-Of-The-Century Home in Malmö, Sweden
Why, hello there! I’ve shown quite a few Danish homes with pastel touches – and now the trend has made its way over the Öresund strait to Malmö! This charming apartment a stone’s throw from my studio has been decorated in peach, mid-blue, sorbet and lavender combined with beige for a bang up to date look. I love the playful art and eclectic furniture too. Oh, and it’s for sale! Come and join us in the hood, we’d love you to be a part of the gang!

So lovely, don’t you think?
The high ceilings, large windows, architraves and parquet floor are typical features of early 20th century ‘sekelskiftets’ architect – one of the styles that dominates this part of town.
Could you imagine living here? If so, find out more info over at Fantastic Frank – and please do let me know if you snap it up!
The interior has been styled by Genevieve Jorn – who I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with many times (see snapshots of her home and the work we’ve done together here). Meanwhile, the photos have been captured by Andrea Papini, who’s wife runs a Cafe Noir in town – a favourite hang out of mine. Yes, Malmö is a very small place!
Here are a few other apartments from Sweden’s third largest city to feel inspired by this bright and sunny Tuesday:
Ha det så bra!
