This home in central London with its timber floors, heavy textile hangings, eroded stone, oxidised metal and walls that look like baked earth, looks like a perfect country retreat. The townhouse, located in Notting Hill is designed by London-based Retrouvius Design Studio who are masters in designing spaces with reused materials. Retrouvius created the calming interiors using recycled hand-dyed fabrics and reclaimed building materials while retaining the textures of their natural state.
