Passionate about vintage and design, Bea Mombaers incredible Bed & Breakfast in Belgium has long been a source of inspiration. Featured widely on the web as well as in print publications, her home features beautiful open spaces, concrete walls and floors, large windows and an amazing mix of furniture from the 50s through to the 80s, acquired by Mombaers extensive world travels. Constantly sourcing new finds for her design shop as well as her B&B where pieces are also for sale, she curates unique and beautiful spaces. Understandably I was excited by a new discovery showcasing more of her interior work in collaboration Peter Ivens, on their share with interior architecture website. Bright and airy, the Nordic style summerhouse is located in the seaside area of Knokke-le-Zoute.

My favourite area of this home would have to be the corner above. I love the huge curved windows and low level ledge, which provides the perfect place to display those wonderful vintage finds including lamps, books, art and objects. Two vintage Pierre Jeanneret armchairs and Bea Mombaers signature wool rugs layered on the floor create a cosy place to sit and enjoy the surroundings.
