1. Tomato Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

– 1 bag of pasta

– 3 garlic cloves

– 1 Tbsp olive oil

– 11/2 Tbsp tomato paste

– 2 cups water

– 1 Tbsp vinegar

– 1/2 tsp cumin

– 1/4 tsp white sugar

Steps:

1. Boil the pasta and cook it al dente.

2. In the mean time, put the olive oil in a wok or large fryer, stir the minced garlic until golden.

3. Add the tomato paste, water, vinegar, cumin and sugar. Stir them all well.

Note: For a heavier sauce, you can lessen the amount of water or add a bit more tomato paste.

4. If you need to add a pinch of salt or a little more cumin, fix the sauce to taste.

5. When it starts to boil, add the cooked pasta in and mix them all together so that it is covered in the sauce.

6. Turn off the stove and cover the wok/pan and leave the pasta for a couple of mintes to absorb some of the sauce… bon appetite.

3. Lemon Garlic Pasta Recipe


Ingredients:

 – 1 Pack of your choice of macaroni

– 6 Tbsp lemon juice

– 3 Tbsp minced garlic

– 1/4 Cup parsley 

– 1/2 Cup olive oil

– 1/2 Cup shredded parmesan cheese

– 4 Tsp chicken stock

– 1/2 Tsp pepper

Steps: 

1. Boil the pasta in a large pot of water until well cooked, then drain and set aside. 

2. Pour the olive oil in a medium sized cooking pan, on a medium heat, then add garlic until it turns gold. 

3. Add lemon juice, chicken stock, and pepper to the mixture, then stir until it’s all blended.

4. Add the garlic, along with parmesan and parsley on top of the pasta and bon apetit!

4. Garlic Parmesan Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

– 8 ounces fettuccine pasta

– 1/4 grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 cup milk

– 2 Tbsp butter (unsalted)

– 2 cups chicken broth

– 4 cloves garlic (minced)

– Salt to preference 

– Pepper to preference 

– 2 Tbsp parsley (fresh & chopped)

Steps:

1. In a large pan on medium to high heat, melt the butter and add the garlic, leaving it to cook for around 2 minutes. 

2. Add in the chicken broth, pasta and milk.

3. Season with salt and pepper. 

4. When it boils, lower the heat and leave it to simmer. You can stir every now and then. 

5. When the pasta is cooked around the 18th min mark, add the Parmesan. 

6. If it gets too thick you can add more milk.

7. Plate it, sprinkle the parsley and enjoy!

5. Macaroni & Cheese Recipe


Ingredients:

– 170g macaroni pasta

– 180ml milk

– 170g cheddar cheese (grated)

– Salt to preference. 

Steps:

1. In a medium pot, add the pasta and pour in cold water to cover it. 

2. Add the salt.

3. Over high heat wait for it boil while stirring constantly. 

4. After around 5 minutes, the water should be absorbed. 

5. Now add the milk and wait for it to boil.

6. Once boiled, add the cheese and cook on low heat. 

7. Keep stirring while the cheese melts and makes a creamy sauce. 



8. Now you can serve and add more salt if you’d like.

6. Pesto Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

– 1 pasta bag

– 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

– 1/2 cup inions (chopped)

– 2 1/2 Tbsp pesto

– 2 Tbsp olive oil

– Salt to preference 

– Pepper to preference

Steps:

1. In a large pot, cook the pasta.

2. Drain the pasta. 

3. In a pan over low to medium heat, heat up the oil and then add the pesto, onions, salt and pepper. 

4. Cook until the onions become soft. 

5. Mix the pesto and pasta together in a bowl and serve.

7. The Fastest Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta Recipe

Ingredients: 

– 1 pound fettuccine 

– 3/4 cup butter

– 1/2 cup milk

– 1/2 cup heavy cream

– 1 cup Parmesan (grated)

– 1/4 cup parsley (optional)

– Salt & Pepper to preference

Steps:

1. Boil water and add salt. 

2. Add the pasta and cook it. 

3. Add the butter, milk and cream in a separate pan.

4. When the butter melts, take it off the heat and mix in the cheese until it melts. Now add the pepper.

5. Place the now cooked and drained pasta in a bowl and quickly mix it with the sauce. 

6. Garnish with parsley.

8. Tuna Pasta Recipe 

Ingredients: 

– 4 ounces spaghetti 

– 1 tuna can (drained)

– 2 garlic cloves (minced)

– 1 tsp lemon juice

– 2 Tbsp olive oil

– Salt & pepper to preference

– 1 Tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Steps:

1. Boil water and season with salt. 

2. Cook the pasta and when it’s almost done heat the oil over medium heat. 

3. Cook the garlic in the oil for around 30 seconds. 

4. Add in the lemon juice, tuna and parsley. 

5. The pasta should be done and drained. Before throwing away all the pasta water, take around 3 Tbsp of the pasta water and add it to the sauce. 

6. Now mix the pasta with the sauce and season with the salt and pepper.

9. Creamy Tomato Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:

– 300g linguini pasta

– 500g jumbo shrimps (peel them and devein them)

– 2/3 cup milk

– 1 yellow onion (diced)

– 2 Tbsp olive oil

– 6 garlic cloves (minced)

– 2 tsp dried basil

– 400g marinara sauce

– 1/2 a chicken stock cube

–  1 tsp salt

– 2 Tbsp parsley (chopped) + extra for garnish

– 1 tsp pepper 

– Pinch of sugar

– Parmesan cheese (grated)

Steps:

1. Cook the pasta and drain it.

2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the butter and add onion to it. 

3. Add the garlic and stir, cooking for around 30 seconds.

4. Add the shrimp, 1/2 tsp of salt and basil.

5. Cook the shrimp on 1 side for 2 minutes and then turn cooking it for another minute. 

6. Add the marinara sauce, chicken stock, pepper, parsley, sugar and the rest of the salt. 

7. After a minute, add the milk and leave the mixture to cook until the shrimp is cooked well.  

8. Take the pasta and toss it with the sauce.
