Here are our favourite looks that really work for summer—so scroll through to see if you’ve made the cut, and check out some savvy style tips and shopping ideas along the way.

Style Notes: The green gingham dress from that Warehouse x Shrimps collection still looks excellent.

Style Notes: A shirred top is pretty much one of the most flattering you’ll find this summer. Pair with high-waisted jeans and sunglasses.

Style Notes: There’s always a potential for a downpour, so Docs are a good idea, just in case.

Style Note: Another trend we’re still not over is the beaded bag. It looks so chic against this khaki jumpsuit.

Style Notes: Satin skirts and black vest tops—is there anything chicer?

Style Notes: Is there anything more summery than a great white dress?

Style Notes: Floral slip dresses brilliantly styled with basket bags by Belle & Bunty.

Style Notes: Who said head-to-toe black wasn’t a summer-ready look? We love how Sherika adds a pop of colour via her yellow heeled sandals.

Style Notes: Tank tops are the wardrobe basic we all need in our lives this summer. They look particularly good with high-waisted trousers.

Style Notes: An easy, summer-ready ensemble if we ever saw one. We can imagine wearing this look for warm weekends in the city.

Style Notes: You can’t go wrong with a floaty midi dress and heeled sandals for easy breezy summer style. This would also look fab with hiking sandals for a more casual spin.

Style Notes: Bubble-gum pink offers an unexpectedly winning partnership for beige and black. Ideal for both work and play.

Style Notes: Topshop has nailed it with this polka-dot co-ord. It’s exactly what we want to be wearing when the weather can’t quite make up its mind.

Style Notes: We’ve lost count of the number of times we’ve seen pink and green together this year, and Sophie shows us how it’s done with her tropical themed getup.

Style Notes: Topshop’s neon-green slip dress could be worn in a million ways, but we like Jordan’s casual chunky sandals idea. Stealing. It. Now.

Style Notes: Nicole’s lavender dress is such a statement and yet so easy to wear. FYI, it’s from ASOS’s White collection.

Style Notes: Luna’s kimono-as-cover-up styling move is genius for this time of year—as it pairing it with a cute beaded bag.

Style Notes: Theodora’s soft pastel tailoring and ecru jeans are incredibly summer-ready, but the sneakers keep the look ready for any weather.

Style Notes: Flowers on flowers! We like it. Sade’s pretty dress gets given the London treatment with her stompy boots.

Style Notes: How to instantly give your jeans and tee a 2019 makeover? Add a light-coloured blazer and floss sandals, like Lauren here.

Style Notes: Binta pairs her H&M and Zara green separates together to create a suit. Another reason we’re still loving green this season.

Style Notes: Chelsea snapped up a new cult Rixo dress and wears it with a pearl bag and matching coat.

Style Notes: Slip Into Style is making us want to wear red tiger print for our next black tie ‘do.

Style Notes: We’re still going all weak at the knees for tonal outfits, and this white-on-white one is particularly effective, thanks to Enis’s choice of contrasting textures.

Style Notes: Yet another reason to love M.92’s winning floral smock dress. It looks so good with a statement red tote.

Style Notes: The slip skirt is still getting plenty of love from people on Instagram at the moment and Nicole creates a chic mash-up with her slip skirt and sweater pairing.

Style Notes: Linen suits have mileage even in winter. We’ll be looking to Kaja Isdahl for inspiration with her choice of band tee and classic Stan Smith sneakers.

Style Notes: We’ve seen quite a few influencers donning this Rotate metallic midi dress, but Ellie from Slip Into Style is up there in the who-wore-it-best stakes. Pink socks and gold shoes are an excellent addition.

Style Notes: Cult high-street dress alert: We’re singing songs of love to this new-in Finery midi, which, we reckon, would flatter all body types.

Style Notes: Tonal outfits are still going strong this year, but for 2019, pink is the colour of choice. Rosa styles her Topshop slip skirt to perfection with a baggy bobbly knit and colour-clash shoes.

Style Notes: There’s nothing more chic than white-on-white, with a dash of tan. We’ll be copying this minimalist look next time we encounter a smart-casual dress code.

Style Notes: We’re getting plenty of throwback vibes from Sophie Bradbury-Cox’s ’70s-inspired outfit. We particularly like the pairing of brown animal print and powder blue knit.

Style Notes: Edwige’s pairing of her purple Mango knit and Zara orange check skirt is proof that winter styling can still be colourful and fun.

Style Notes: Grece’s take on double denim is another reason we love her style. Her strong accessories game brings this look to the top.

Style Notes: Karina knows how to wear a blazer. Not only has she layered it over a midi, but she perfectly mixes checks and florals.  This story was published at an earlier time and has since been updated. Up Next: The Only 3 New Outfits You’ll Find Me Wearing on the Weekend
