Jeans are a must, and everybody wears them, and we are going to keep doing that. Jeans have become such an indispensable part of our lives that we wear them everywhere, from work and business lunches to parties and special occasions, even weddings! But to look edgy you need to know what jeans are in trend now, so that you could make a right choice. I’ve prepared the hottest trends and some outfits with them, let’s take a look.
High Waisted Jeans
High waisted jeans used to be in trend and now they are making a huge comeback because nothing visually elongates your legs more than such jeans. Besides they accent the waist, which is also great. Such jeans can be worn with any oversized tops and sweaters, with printed tee, with sneakers and heels and various jackets, they are perfect for creating a retro-inspired or boho look.

Straight jeans are one of the hottest current trends, skinnies are timeless but these ones are on top. Wear them with anything you want, try cropped and pearled or rhinestones options for a bolder look, go for cuffs and a raw edge. Such jeans look interesting with heels and sneakers too, so you can create a large number of outfits.

Ripped jeans have been on top for a long time but this year and maybe some years after plain and sleek denim is in trend. No cutouts, no holes, no distressed touches and other details like that – keep it simple. Such jeans will be more universal for any basic wardrobe and if the seams are done in the same color as denim, you’ll be able to create outfits for special occasions with them, too.
